Liz Franklin started her first business at the age of 15, became a writer at 25, and the first Office Organizer in the country in 1979. In 2003 she published her first book, How to Get Organized Without Resorting to Arson, which she wrote to counter the traditional organizing books that push boring stuff like discipline— which never works for rebels like us.

In “Arson,” Liz developed her hilarious theory of Work Personalities, including character descriptions of the Sparklebrain (decorative; could use more grounding,) the Linear (very grounded, could use more decorating,) and the Cross-Dominant (all of the above; nurtures everyone but themselves, has hundreds of interests but never enough time to pursue them, and is convinced they’re ADD or losing their minds, but they’re not—and she explains why.)

Billing herself as a “Cubicle Anthropologist,” Liz’s expertise in workplace behavior has helped her develop extremely useful techniques for redirecting Passive Aggressives, Petty Tyrants, Drama Queens, and more. She can disarm an Office Awful in just one sentence, and she can give you the secret tricks to Vanquishing the Vampire in your office.

Thanks to Liz, your office can be calmer, more productive, and therefore more profitable. How does she do it? To quote Liz, “Sometimes you don’t need a backhoe, you just need a pair of tweezers.” Her sassy style and outrageous humor are just the icing on the cake.

Her work has resulted in . . .
•    Costs slashed 31% in less than 9 months
•    Personal income jumped from $24K to $176K in one year
•    One deal brought in an extra $200,000
•    Revenues increased by 700% in 8 months

Liz understands the pain behind people’s workplace problems. With her deep insight into human nature, and her ability to read people quickly and accurately, Liz solves problems on the spot. Test her! Call and ask her how to handle a specific business problem.
